CONVENTIONAL STORAGE UNITS provide garage-type storage with drive-up access. Conventional storage works for most storage needs, especially short-term. We strive to provide clean and secure units that are as air-tight as possible. If you are planning to store items that would potentially be affected by humidity or temperature fluctuation over a period of time (leather or wood furniture, any type of electronic device, antiques and heirlooms, books and other paper items, photo albums and scrapbooks, musical instruments, paintings and other Fine Arts, some types of clothing, any type of storage media such as CDs, DVDs, VCR tapes, cassettes, 8-tracks, vinyl records, etc.), you may wish to consider Climate-Controlled storage. Car storage, tools, ATV storage, motorcycle storage, and any other storage needs that do not require climate-control storage are perfect for conventional units which are available at both our Leo Location and our Woodburn Location.

CLIMATE-CONTROLLED UNITS provide insulated protection from extremes of temperature and humidity for those with more valuable items. These spaces are heated and air conditioned units in order to keep your items a more constant temperature and to protect from excessive moisture. Severe hot or cold weather could potentially damage some types of items in conventional storage. What types of items you will be storing, knowing what kind of weather to expect and how long your things will be in storage are all questions that will help you determine if climate controlled storage is right for you. Some items that may warrant climate-controlled storage include: Leather or wood furniture, any type of electronic device (TVs, DVD Players, Computers, Stereos, etc.), antiques and heirlooms, books and other paper items, photo albums and scrapbooks, musical Instruments (especially pianos), paintings and other Fine Arts, some types of clothing, any type of media (CDs, DVDs, VCR tapes, cassettes, 8-tracks, vinyl records, etc.). To provide peace of mind, entry to units is protected with a double lock method and a theft-deterrent system. Climate-controlled units are only available at our Leo Location.

Initial payment by credit/debit card. Subsequent payments may be paid via paper check.
Security deposit is required and refundable upon vacancy with clean unit and 15 day’s notice prior to vacancy.
Monthly payment due the first day of the month. A $20/20% late fee will be billed to payments not received when due. Units not paid by the 10th of the month will be locked and subject to a lock-removal fee of $50. All rent and fees must be paid for access to unit.
Recurring billing on debit/credit card is available for worry-free payment.
Units have roll-up steel doors and concrete floors.
No modifications to units permitted. All shelving must be free-standing and not secured to unit walls.
Tenant responsible for insurance on contents.
A disc lock is provided.
